With the theme “Changing Landscapes, Designing Lifestyles,” leading luxury property developer Anchor Land held its 2025 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting to present its forward-looking strategy amid an increasingly dynamic real estate market. The company reaffirmed its commitment to strategic diversification, innovation, and sustainable growth as key pillars in responding to shifting consumer demands and broader economic changes.

In her address, Anchor Land President Elizabeth Ventura emphasized the company’s strong financial performance, marked by sustained growth across multiple business segments and total revenues reaching ₱6.08 billion. With these results, Anchor Land is not only building on its momentum but is also well-positioned to capitalize on new opportunities and achieve even greater milestones in the years ahead. “This financial performance is a testament to the viability of our offerings amid the changing real estate landscape, underscoring our ability to adapt, thrive, and lead the way in an ever-evolving market,” Ventura says.

She affirmed Anchor Land’s sustained leadership in the historic Manila Chinatown, stating, “With over two decades of expertise, we’ve transformed key districts into some of the most sought-after addresses. Our strategy remains consistent: we study the landscape, anticipate market shifts, and align the right opportunities with the right projects and offerings.”

A testament to Anchor Land’s enduring strategy is its award-winning portfolio in historic Manila Chinatown. Monina Jane Nazal, Director and Lorna Pangilinan. Two new independent directors were welcomed into the board namely Atty. Maria Gladys Vilchez, Independent Director; and Leonardo Matignas, Independent Director.
