Through our Care to Change Program, we strive to play an important role in strengthening our communities by leaving a positive impact on the lives of the underprivileged members of society while contributing to the efforts in protecting the environment.

Our Care to Change Program has three (3) pillars:

Care for the Community
We have a deep and enduring commitment to transforming the lives of the underprivileged members of society.
Through Care for Community, we collaborate with and support efforts of local organizations and local government units in the following areas:
- Health services in the form of patient sponsorship and blood donation
- Decent housing for the less fortunate
- Emergency assistance
- Support for orphanage and nursing homes
Care for Education
We believe in the power of education – especially in the transformational impact it brings to families.
Our Care for Education projects focus on primary and secondary education, with the aim of increasing access of the less privileged to quality education. Through our partnership with public and private institutions, and civil society, we provide the following:
- Educational sponsorship
- Book donation
- Book reading program
- Classroom renovation and construction
Care for the Environment
We play an active role in protecting the environment while pushing sustainability. Through partnerships, we encourage volunteerism among our employees while supporting the following initiatives:
- Tree planting
- Coastal clean-up
